This historic downtown Chicago hotel that opened in 1927 took part in a 470 guestroom, corridor, elevator lobby and meeting room face lift.

Due to its age, this hotel has been through many renovations leaving it with a challenging footprint. This renovation included 280 different room types which required creative ways to standardize FF&E for each individual room.
